SHIPPING/RETURNS

Please allow 2-3 days for processing, and up to 5-7 business days for shipping. Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. In the rare case that your order is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, the customer must pay for shipping again for the package to be reshipped to the correct address.

OUR RETURN POLICY

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES... NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best Raw Cambodian hair. We cannot accept any merchandise back due to the nature of the products sold and its usage. Any order that is sent back without authorization will be to the responsibility of the buyer to purchase additional postage to have order reshipped. If buyer does not purchase additional postage in attempt to force refund/exchange (without authorization), the package/merchandise/order will be destroyed in accordance to Federal Law with regard to returning/exchanging used hair products. Each package will be considered to be used regardless of status for sanitary reasons.
